These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish a binding contract made between you and Jacket Salad regarding your use of our property transaction management, administrative platform, document validation interfaces, and coordination modules.

You agree to employ this platform solely for legitimate real estate inquiry and transactional preparation purposes. You are strictly forbidden from uploading malicious digital assets, distributing false or falsified identity details, or scanning the site for security vulnerabilities.

3. Services & Property Advice Disclaimer

Jacket Salad provides professional administrative transaction support. We do not act as licensed real estate conveyancing attorneys, bank credit lending units, or chartered financial advisors. All formal transfers and escrow calculations must be vetted and authorized by designated legal and financial firms under South African regulatory requirements.

4. Packages, Orders and Commitments

When purchasing an administrative package (e.g., Lite Escrow or Full Management), an initial intake check-list is initiated. A contract binding Jacket Salad to execute the scope of administrative services arises only after identification checks (FICA documents) have been successfully processed, signed, and approved by our Johannesburg hub.

5. Fees, Pricing and Valuations

All administrative service fees declared on our platform are represented in South African Rand (ZAR). Price changes do not affect ongoing projects already active. Refund queries associated with aborted real estate negotiations are examined per project milestone criteria established during setup.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for accuracy when providing information, including sales values, physical addresses, trust instructions, phone numbers, and identity documents. Jacket Salad acts on trust structures corresponding directly to details provided via input consoles.

7. Intellectual Property

All core code, stylesheets, digital patterns, icons, SVG logs, content formulations, texts, images, and branding assets used across Jacket Salad are protected under South African and international trademark and author copyrights. Copying or commercial distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed under South African applicable law, Jacket Salad, its directors, developers, and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, random, special, or consequential damages resulting from transaction delays, real estate deal breakdowns, bank mortgage denials, or registration attorney setbacks.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is deemed liable for failures or delay events triggered by natural occurrences, municipal electrical grid outages, acts of government state authorities, or public infrastructure disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and formulated in alignment with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising under these conditions shall be adjudicated exclusively within the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg.
